Customer Question

I'm having trouble with paper jamming with my Kodak ESP Office 2150 printer. Trying to print tax forms off of IRS website. The form prints 3/4 of the way, stops, then printer pulls the paper back in . A paper jam message then shows up. I press "OK" and the form rolls out. For 2 page forms, the second page prints 3/4 way, stops then jams. Printer starts to print second page again. What can I do?

In addition, I have tried printing on other websites and the printing was fine.

Hi,

Please uninstall Adobe Reader, then download and reinstall it at
http://get.adobe.com/reader/ , then check printing.

If that does not work, please uninstall adobe reader again, then download and install the Foxit Reader:
http://www.foxitsoftware.com/Secure_PDF_Reader/
(click on Download Now on the right)
, then check printing.

Also, if needed, go to http://www.firefox.com/ to download and install Firefox browser, then open Firefox and go to the www.irs.gov website in Firefox, then see if you can print fine from Firefox.

Please let me know. Thank you.
