Customer Question

My Epson printer is printing out fine blue lines across the paper. I've tried changing ink cartridges, aligning the heads, cleaning the heads but it keeps doing it. Sometimes the lines are red.

Welcome to Just Answer ,My name isXXXXX will try to help you..

It seems that the print head is defective, please remove all the cartridges from the printer, then clean the copper contacts on the cartridges and print head with a cotton swab dampened in distilled water, until every residual ink is cleared from the contacts, then wait for drying and reinsert the cartridges. Try to print something and if the problem persist, then unfortunately the print head is defective and you have to replace the print head from any repair shop.
