Hi,
Welcome to Just Answer ,My name isXXXXX will try to help you..

Are you trying to print from the PC?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
Trying to print from a Mac powerbook G4 with an OS 9.2 system.

When the paper source is set to Cassette, documents with paper size outside the range of 5.00 - 11.69 inches (127.0 - 297.0 mm) lengthways or 3.51 - 8.50 inches (89.0 - 215.9 mm) sideways cannot be printed.

Tried both 8.5x11 paper and wide but neither will feed.

Is the paper source setting by the computer or by the printer?

What is your question?

I would like to reply to your request for further information but I don't know what you want.

Hello,

If paper is not feeding, please take all the steps from these links, in this order:

LINK1 (Make sure there is no jammed paper)
LINK2 (Make sure there are no foreign objects in the feed)
LINK3 (Make sure you are using the proper paper)
LINK4 (Fan and reload the paper properly)
LINK5 (clean the rollers, repeat until paper feeds through)

That should fix it, but if paper still doesn't want to feed, and you've taken all the steps thoroughly, then there is something wrong with the rollers/pickup assembly and you will need to have the printer serviced. Please call 1-800-652-2666 to get a quote on the repairs and to find the nearest service center.

Best regards,
Bernie
