Hello, I am Engineer John Cappucci, I will be your expert today.

Please remember I do not receive a salary from this company. I am an independent Computer Science Engineer with more than 10 years of experience working with Printers, and now working here. The only way for me to be compensated for my time is when the customer (You) click the Accept button when satisfied. Thank you for your help and understanding.

Please follow the steps below from the REAR of the printer:

1. Detach the Rear Cover.

2. Pull the out slowly.

  • Be careful not to touch the components inside the machine.
  • If you cannot pull the out, turn the machine off and turn it back on. The may be ejected automatically.

3. Attach the Rear Cover.

Push the left side of the Rear Cover until it is closed completely.

Please let me know if the issue is not solved clicking the "Reply to your expert" gray button, so we can continue troubleshooting.
