Please follow the steps below from the printer's control panel:

Press the (Maintenance) button repeatedly until H appears.

 

(2) Press the Black or Color button. (If the black is the issue, select Black)

The machine starts cleaning the Print Head.

I let a friend of mine use my computer and now it keeps refusing to
let me proceed to my email and other information on the internet. it
keeps coming up that internet explorer has a diagnose problem. what
he did is to add google chrome to my computer which i do not want and
i think he also messed up the dns server? i hope i have this term
right. you would not believe how slow my computer is now and i pay
bell for fast internet service. i forget how i get you on line so
