i have an hp laserjet p2055dn which is showing jam in cartridge

i have an hp laserjet p2055dn which is showing "jam in cartridge area" though there is no perceivable jam in the machine. have opened/checked all doors and jam areas. what next?

Already Tried:
opened all doors/jam areas and cleaned out the inside of the machine. turned on and off, unplugged, same message.

I see you have accessed most of the common areas when the jam occur however you may have to open the printer a bit more further.

 

unplug the power cable and then try to remove the rear and side cover (left).

Access the fuser assembly and remove it once its out you can roll the rollers manually to see if there is any paper stuck on the rollers or sensors

and check the paper pick rollers and sensors too.
