HP LaserJet P1102w Installed per instructions but can't print except when USb cable is connected between printer and my laptop. What's "wireless" about that? What am I missing?
Optional Information: Make: HPLaserJet P1102w Already Tried: Installed per instructions with the install CD. All looks OK, but needs the USB cable attached between the printer and laptop to print. I thought "wireless" meant I didn't need to have the cable connecting the two. What am I missing?
There are different steps for installing the printer wirelessly rather than connected via USB
Go to this page:

On that page click the Operating System that you have
Then follow the steps to get the printer set up wirelessly.
After that you will be good to go.
