How do I restor my HP G60-635DX Notebook back to factory settings and then install back-up disk????
Optional Information: Make: HP Model: G60-635DX Notebook Already Tried: Installing a lot of different types of anti virus items. I am having problems with the browser I believe I have a virus I cannot shake.

1)Turn on the computer
2) Press and Hold F11 to start the recovery process
You didn't give an answer on reinstalling the back-up disk. I assume I just put them in but I want to make sure there aren't any other things I need to do first.
you do not need any disk
the restore partition is in the hard drive it self you just need to initiate
turn the computer off first
wait for 1 min
turn on the computer and keep hitting the F11 key to initiate factory restore.

My back-up disk with all my pictures programs etc....
you can run the backup restore after you run the factory restore from the disk you have
