1: Switch off the printer . unplug the usb cable from the computer

2: Click start > Control panel > Printers and faxes > delete the printer icon that shows there

3: Plug the printer usb cable back to the printer and computer and switch on it

4: Check whether your printer is detecting and installing . After the installation windows will give out a message " Your new hardware is ready to use"

5: Now Click start > Control panel > Printers and faxes > check whether a new printer is added here. If there try to take a print out.
