Take all paper out of the Rear Tray.

Press the MENU key on the printer, repeatedly, until MAINTENANCE appears on the printer's LCD.

Use the < or > keys to select Roller Cleaning, and press OK.

When the paperless cleaning is completed and the roller stops rolling, load 3 sheets of plain/blank paper, and press the MENU key on the printer, repeatedly, until MAINTENANCE appears on the printer's LCD.

Use the < or > keys to select Roller Cleaning, and press OK.

Also, though this sounds ridiculous, check the rear tray area for foreign objects (that might block paper feeding so that it feeds crookedly) and remove any found. Also just plain look into the rear tray area, see whether everything is shipshape, or anything is bent or out of place... it could be anything, but crooked misfeeds are usually from something non-standard, so look carefully - I cannot tell you what to look for exactly, but at this point, it is pretty sure to be *something* wrong in that area - e.g. the positioning of the paper loaded in it, or the composition/weight of the paper stock used, or, well, something... that causes this problem.

This might possibly help with your problem. Let me know whether it does or not. Thanks.Russell H.40702.9457433218
