I purchased a Canon PIXMA MG5200 and have no idea how to install the printhead and ink cartridges. No instructions how to install print head and ink cartridges except a couple drawings. I don't want to break something before I even have a chance to use it!
This is printer is a nightmare. I have owned several printers previously but I have never experienced one like this. I am presently trying to scan a photo but nothing happens. There is no documentation. There is no way for me to tell what to do to just print a piece of paper. I found the tray to print. It is horizontal, and it only prints black and blue. All I can say is this printer is not worth anyone purchasing. I will never purchase anything from Canon again. If you have any suggestions on what I can do from here I would like to hear it. As far as I can do with this printer is put it in the trash.
