Actually the error reason is cartridges problem.....
Cartridges needs to replace.....
We have one option ..... Need to reset the printer to the factory settings and then try to print.....
If still problem is persist.....
Please checkout the cartridges ink levels.....
Then you will come to know....
Anyways you have to follow the below instructions.....
Reset the device when it is not functioning properly.If the device is not functioning properly or to clear an error, power off the printer and power it back on. Before powering back on the printer, wait five to ten minutes. 1. On the operator panel, press the <ON> button. (The display will go blank.) Note: On rare occasions, it may be necessary to unplug the power cord if pressing the ON button does not shut off the printer. 2. Wait approximately five to ten minutes and then press the <ON> button again. 3. Wait until the device has completed its cycling process before submitting another job request.
