Pixma MX860 Canon Printer will not print in black from the internet nor my e-mail. It does print documents from pages. I am using it with a IMAX Mac 0SX, version 10.6.5. Is there a way I can correct this?
Optional Information: Make: Canon Model: PIXMA MX860 Already Tried: I have changed the cartridge, but it didn't make any difference. IT is just the 220 Black cartridge.

There some causes to get this problem....
First you have checkout the cartridge is compatible or not...?
Then cartridge is seated or not chekout ....
If cartridge is compatible still problem is there the new cartridge is faulty....
These are main causes sir....

Sir: I have tried everything you've asked me to try. As it turns out, the printer is no longer printing out my documents either. I can't believe that three different cartridges would be defective. I'm going to have to try some other sources. Thank you for trying to help me.
