I have a samsung FSF 560. I sent a fax in January 2004, but failed to save the fax confirmation sheet. It is vitally important that I print out a fax confirmation sheet, or at least a listing of dates and fax numbers sent to on that date. Is there a procedure where I can retrieve this information?

Give this a try:
Using the menu key or the report button, scroll until you find fax activity report, print this report,. If it's not there anymore, there's no way to get it back again.
