Customer Question

I have a Canon MX7600. I am getting an Error B200 code when I turn it on. Turning it off and back on, unplugging the power source, re-installing the printer drivers, none of these help. I have searched on-line for what this code indicates and can't find anything. Can you help? Thank you! Janet

Welcome to JustAnswer !! I am Andy and I will be glad to help you out with your issue today.

When did you buy this printer and since when are you facing this issue

Customer: replied 5 years ago.
I bought the printer about 3 years ago. The issue just started yesterday. I sent a print job, the error came up, and now it will do nothing but flash the "Error B200".
Expert:  Andy replied 5 years ago.

The B200 error means : "Printhead temperature exceeded".

It means that the printhead ink wells ran out of ink and the printing continued. Printhing without ink in the wells OVERHEATED THE PRINTHEAD NOZZLES and potentially burned them out.

You need to buy new printhead from Canon
