how do you clear the memory on a Brother Fax-4100e. Someone send a 255 page document and we don't want to print it. Please help

Press memory 2,6, press 1 to clear, repeat till all jobs are gone.

There is no "memory button" Where is it located?

Press menu 2,6, press 1 to clear, repeat till all jobs are gone

I tried it and it says there are no jobs in storage.

Some models you can restore factory defaults on to clear the memory but it says it won't work on your model. You can unplug it for two days and that will clear it. This is not a very appealing solution. Sorry, they tried to make your faxes memory bullet proof.

Thank you for your help. I simply used paper that had been printed on one side and let it print out.
