Hi, I have a Canon All in One Printer MX 700 for over one year and it worked fine. Suddenly the computer would not recognize the Printer: "Printer not responding" - I can copy , the Machine is working! What can I do?
Optional Information: Make: CanonModel: MX700 Already Tried: I tried new drivers, reboot etc.
what version of windows is on the computer?
My computer has Windows XP I have also a MTS wireless router and a Laptop with Windows 7. Everything worked perfect.
Ok which computer is having the problem and is it connected directly or wirelessly to the printer?
The computer is conected to the wireless router.I tried to disconect the router and conect directly to the computer (rebooted first) but have the same result:"Printer not responding"Walter

Hi Edward, I tried everything you suggested, maybe I didn't understand corectly.After "Click here" on your answer I landed always on the same page.I installed driver etc. no difference.Please help an old Senior (79).Walter
