Brother hl 5250dn status light is red oange light indicates paper. there is paper and there is no jam. I've disconnected from computer and power and reconnected both both but the printer will not reset. What to do?

paper light is blinking yellow (orange?)

OK here are the causes for this led error. No paper:Put paper in the paper tray or the MP (Multi-Purpose) tray or the optional lower tray. Then press Go. Paper jam: Clear the paper jam. Set the correct paper that you want to use, or load the same size paper that you selected in the current driver setting. The paper size you can use for automatic duplex printing is A4, Letter or Legal.
