I unhooked my computer from my printer and then tried to install it later. I put CD in and a popup keeps telling me the printer 922 is there but I need a file, dlbtprod to connect it and it can't find the file on my computer. What do I do now to hook up the computer?
Optional Information: Make: DellModel: 922 Already Tried: Just put Cd in and can't find file so stopped there. What else can I do. I have printer unplugged at power now.

No. I was advised to call you and have you hook up the printer. Can you do it now? Shall I plug in printer or leave it unplugged.?

Hi,You need to have the printer plugged in,and connected to your computer. Meaning to connect to your computer you need to have the usb cable plugged in to both your printer and your computer.
