My Pixma MP600 suddenly has stopped printing black. it can

Customer Question

My Pixma MP600 suddenly has stopped printing black. it can print other colors, but not black. I have checked the cartridge - it's clean. I've cleaned the nozzles, done an alignment, etc. When I do these diagnostic tests, they print out in black. It's only when I try printing anything else - MS Word, MS Excel, web browser screen, etc., it will not print black or in grayscale.

I did everything you suggested. It's still not working. I can print in all colors except for in black. I changed out the black cartridge, and even cleaned the print head. I unplugged the printer, uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it (downloaded the latest version from the Canon website), and it still won't print in black.

One more thing - I connected the printer to another computer and came up with the same problem. And also, it was working fine - and then all of a sudden stopped working.
