Is this the problem or does the y have the -3 to the power - confused by the parentheses on the bottom

the -3 is inside the parathesis at the bottom. the -3 is on the outside of the parathensis at the numerator.

We will cube each of the numbers on top to get

Reduce the 12167 and 92 to get 529 and 4 and move the x's
and y's to the numerator since they are negative exponents on the bottom to get

the problem is correct except the poitive 3 is really -3

We will move everything to the bottom since the top has a
negative exponent

We multiply out the exponents in the denominator to get

Then we combine the exponents and move the y's to the top since they are negative to get
