I'm preparing a '86 944 turbo track. It hasn't been started

Customer Question

I'm preparing a '86 944 turbo for the track. It hasn't been started for 3 years. I changed oil, filter, plugs, antifreeze, break fluid, transmission oil, fuel filter, fuel pump, drained and cleaned fuel tank. The motor was rebuilt in 2000. I don't know if the timing belt or balance shaft belt have ever been replaced. Should I replace them? Tensioner?

There are two belts for this engine. You need to change both.
