sorry for the delay.............Greetings...... “Hi, I’m Don (aka MOLurch) and I look forward to helping you!”.This sounds like a Software issueIF you have NOT had any Software Updates done in the last couple of years, you need to have Dealer Update & at the same time test the System for additional Updates & Communication errors.There is NO Customer Input without the use of updated Dealer PST2 to the diagnostic socket.
