Hey there, the majority of the time this code is simply due to an air leak.

The most common areas we see air leaks are at the oil cap and tube because they weren't fully secured after an oil change or on the vaccuum lines on the manifold. This is by far the first place i would check, especially if you notice the fuel trims off at idle, but good under load.
