Porsche cayenne s: I just replaced starter, thermostat, serpentine

Customer Question

I just replaced starter, thermostat, serpentine belt, cleaned plenum & replaced gasket. Got it all back together , put new coolant in, no leaks. Started car, ran 15 min checked heater operation. Engine ran stable at about 700 rpm idle. called it a day, & closed up garage.
Next day intended to move it out of garage & clean it up a bit. Started up right away, gave id a couple mild revs to clean it out . O second rev started to run rough and engine was tapping - immediately. What could it be. Fluids and oil are where they should be, etc. did I brake a lifter, jump timing or ?
