Hello, I'm Jason.
I will do my best to answer your question quickly and accurately using the information you have provided.

Any idea of how much gas, and when you tried to start it, how long did you crank it over?

Customer replied 269 days and 9 hours ago.

just less than a gallon is what they said. they didnt crank it too long and it just wouldnt turn over or sstart

I would be pretty concerned, since, let's say it was a gallon. That's over half of the oil capacity of your engine, which we'll assume was already full. There is definitely a danger of damage done if it was cranked more than a second or two.

Yes, the oil will need to be drained, filter replaced. Run the car until oil is at operating temperature. Change the oil and filter again. Hopefully it will be ok after this
