What LEVEL should the vehicle VOLTAGE display be at in the multi function display screen with and without the air conditioners on ? This is for Porsche Panamera 4 Engine 3.6L V6

internal88 : Hi and welcome.
internal88 : It should either 13.4 v with ac off and 13.6 v with ac on.
internal88 : Over 14v is over charging.
internal88 :

If you see 13.8V with or without AC is OK. A good working voltage regulator monitor the voltage with AC on or off. Bottomline is you won't see any different of voltage change.
