JA: I am Pearl, the pool technician's Assistant.
Customer: ok We have aTiger River Hot Tub at deer camp...I know it's ruff in the widerness. The unit is 170 miles from here. It wouldn't heat. Looking for a trouble shooting manual and you appeared.
JA: Who manufactured the hot tub?
Customer: Watkins I believe
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yes with another brother.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Well...Bengal M S/N M202510 The pump powers up. Powered by 220V When they filled it the hose was placed into the tub.

Well actually no one got back to me yet except you this evening.
We were planning to go up there 11/16. As stated earlier is there a sequence chart as to what should occur .thru the cycle.
If it's not energizing the heater
Then is there a specific relay to check?

the first thing that happens is the pump starts...then closes a flow switch. I fthe flow switch does not close there will be no heat.

It can be plugged filters, weak pump, bad flow switch.
