I just replace the control board on my MasterTemp 250, and

I just replace the control board on my MasterTemp 250, and now when I power it up, I see the 128 code - then r3. Then it shows the current pool temp, but won't come on. The service light comes on and then the control panel is unresponsive.
JA: Who manufactured the pool?
Customer: It is a Ft. Wayne in ground.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes.
