Is the issue strictly related lights? Is rest of operation normal?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
the operation otherwise is normal. My phone not issue is the lights are currently non operational. I push the button on the control panel to turn them on and noting works.

thank you,

this could be the switch or the board.

Do you have a meter to test switch

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
No unfortunately I do not have a meter to test the switch or board, do you have any recommendations on how to get this done.
