Customer Question

I have a Raypak spa heater model number B-R055B-MN serial number(###) ###-####which does not want to kick on when demanded. The pilot is on OK. It sometimes works when I set the timer system to turn off and then on, but when I turn the heater system on via the switch and temp knob it does not light the main burner tray. Todd

cannot download

I think I cannot download as I'm on a company laptop. I checked all the connections twice. No change. There seems to be no added gas metered to main burner pan even though the heater is calling the universal controller for it. I opened up the universal controller and checked all the connections. The controller LEDs show the heater calling for heat. There was a J1-J2 "call jumper" laying in the bottom of the box so I hooked it up to J1 and J2 terminals with no change..
