My pool person told me that the aqualink isn't providing power to the pool equipment. I rebooted the internet connection and turned the spa on. I watched the dials move on the pipes but the pool equipment didn't turn on. Do you know why this would occur?

When you say pool equipment does that mean the filter pump? Have you checked gfcis, breakers and fuses? Do you have and electric meter?
