My indoor mobile touch 2 isn't communicating with the outside panel.Main screen turns on. Menu is the only button that moves me to another screen. Cannot set the clock. "there was an error retrieving the data" Press any button to return to the previous screen

I looked at the yellow and green wires and the look like they are securely connected at the panel.

I turned the pump off at the breaker and no luck. Remote is not communicating
