Customer Question

My Aqua Rite Control panel shows 3900 ppm salt level - a test at the pool store showed 3100 ppm salt. The pool store manger suggested to have the panel re-calibrated.
Is there a procedure to re-calibrate the panel?
My Aqua Rite Panel was installed in 2007
The Unit stops generating salt and show "Hi" in the display when the salt level is really at normal.

My problem with the salt generator has not been solved - only the problem with the payment.
After your charged my card, AMEX called me with a possible fraud charge - that problem was solved.
Please let me know if you can help with the salt panel calibration
