This does not sound like a salt cell problem. This sounds like an electrical problem. Do you have a control system or are there on/off switches for each piece of equipment?

I'm sorry the Aqua Plus is the control system. Give me a second.

Do you have the timer set on the unit? It may be waiting for the time to come on. You can go to the control panel and press the "Service" button. Pressing the button will give you a steady "red" light which allows you to manually at the control panel turn equipment off and on. It will stay in manual mode until you take it out. A "flashing" red light will put the unit in Service mode for 3 hours. This means at the end of 3 hours it will revert back to timed programs. You will not be able to turn on, only turn off any of the equipment from the remote while in service mode.
