Hello?

Ok, you can't light the pilot manually. Your unit has electronic ignition. The first thing to try is to turn the power off to the heater wait a minute then turn it back on again. If it doesn't fire up tell me what happens
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Tried that. No luck.

I need to know what happens when you do this? Do you hear the igniter arcing/ticking/buzzing? If not you'll need a multi-meter to troubleshoot this further
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Buzzing and ticking

If the pilot doesn't light then you either have a clogged pilot burner orifice or a faulty gas valve or possibly a bad control board. You need a voltmeter to check the last 2. If you want to check if the pilot orifice is clogged you have to disconnect the pilot tubing at the gas valve while the igniter is arcing. If you smell gas there then the orifice is clogged and the pilot burner needs to be removed and the orifice cleaned.
