My jandy PDA model 8265 is stuck opn waiting. I've tried changing the RF Channel but no response from the Jbox

I selected the channel. set slide switch on J-box to the learn mode
No prompt on the PDA as expected.

I have powered down the box - removed the 9 volt battery.

You might need another Jandy PDA to try out on your Jandy spa equipment. Has the PDA been gotten wet, dropped onto a hard surface, or is it several years old? then it may simply have 'died' as far as communications ability is concerned.

But first, try removing the battery from the PDA for overnight. See if it works at all, for controlling the spa remotely, or at least responds to Learn Mode, after that.

I tried your suggestion without any success I'm sure that my PDA works since I'm able to use it if another pool

Then the receiver in the Jandy spa must be defective somehow.

Have you gone through its setup again, as if it were just newly installed? if not, I suggest doing that.
