Hello,

are you talking about the pump?..and if not what component is starting and then stopping?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The new constant circulation pump stops and I believe everything shuts down. When this happened I cut the power right away, but when the power is turned on I hear buzzing briefly then it shuts down.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The spa is empty at the moment, so I haven't look at for a few months

great,,then we have to see if pimp has power...and check the capacitor

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Ok, I probably won't be able to do that until this weekend. Is that okay? Do I need water in the tub to do that? I don't want to burn up the heater.
Expert:  Billy replied 1 year ago.

Take as much time as you need, and yes we should have water in the unit

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Billy, the capacitor is good but I don't think there is any power to the motor. When I flip the breaker I can hear a click and a second later one more click coming from the circuit board. Maybe a relay has gone bad. I would like to call you. what would be a good time? I live in Montana (Mountain time) Also here is the circuit board info.
