My Hot Springs hot tub was working perfectly. We were going

Customer Question

My Hot Springs hot tub was working perfectly. We were going abroad for three months so I turned it off from all electrical supply. On return, re connected the supply but the hot tub will not turn on, not even showing a light on the control panel. I have checked and electricity is definitely arriving at the unit. Does the sovereign have an internal fuse or circuit breaker?

Hello,

there will be a small fuse at the circuit board. If there were a spike or surge the fuse could have become compromised.

I have looked at both circuit boards within the hot springs sovereign and can see no fuse. Point me in the right direction as to where it is please.
