i have a 2006 colman spa started it up this year it won't fire up it pops up with numbers 114 21 220 then reads hot and no functions work ******

It sounds like you have a bad circuit board. Those numbers are boot up codes that the circuit board uses to talk to the equipment and the user should not even see these code numbers unless the circuit board is defective. This is the board talking to the heater and sensors and getting feedback to know that it is safe to allow the spa to operate. Leave breaker off for one complete hour to try and do a hard re-boot of the board. If that does not work then replace the circuit board
