I have a Jandy LXI400 that won't fire. The unit blower starts

Customer Question

I have a Jandy LXI400 that won't fire. The unit blower starts and runs but it never ignites and then shuts down. The Fenwall ignition unit has the red light that flashes 3 times indicating the Ignition lock out. What can I do?

Do you have a multi-meter?

Yes I do

Ok, we have 2 options. Probably the easiest is if I link you to the troubleshooting guide and you can follow it yourself and get back to me if you have questions. The other option is form me to walk you through the guide. The first option is the better option. Less chance for miscommunication
