Hello.
My name is***** do my best to answer your question and resolve your issue.
Your tub has a red power light and a green ready light on the control panel.
Is the red power light on/off/flashing?
Is the green ready light on/off/flashing?
I suspect you are saying the green light is not on.
Is this a 120v or 240v model? Is it a cord end gfci tripping (120v) or the 20 or 30 amp breaker(240v)?
Is the tub heating before it trips?
The most common reason for gfci trips are bad heaters. If you disconnect both heater wires from the heater board, will the tub continue to run without tripping?
If the tub remains on with the heater disconnected, but not with connected...you will need to replace the heater. It can still heat but trip a gfci.
Standing by,
Todd
