are all screens and filters clean?
Is the pump running as it should?
debris in pump wheel, dirty filters, plugged screen..all inhibit that function.
There is no adjustment to improvement is possible to have bad seals in pump also.

This did not answer my question in any way. I asked HOW to adjust the suction/PSI in my pool pump - Pentair ccp 320

I asked questions to try to help you but they were not answered.
The model you have given is for a filter not a pump.
If you get the correct info I will be more than happy to try and help...but I do need info to do this.
