Customer Question

Hey PoolGuy,
I have a Thermospas hot tub that continues to heat even though it's reached the set temp. Once it reaches the set temp, the heater light on the control panel goes out but it continues to heat until it hits the high limit temp, it then shuts down. I just replaced the temp sensor (not the high limit sensor) and it looks like I'm having the same issue. I set the temp to 80 and it's already hit 90 with the hour. Any ideas?

Hi, I'm Mike and I have 20+ years of experience in the plumbing field. I'll be glad to assist you today. What happens if you switch the sensors at the connectors? Do you get a different fault situation?
