Sorry it took so long, but I had terrible storms here and we are still experiencing tech problems.

Poolservice123 :

The FL1 error is telling us that your circulation pump is not working . If the pump will not work then the heater will not come on and heat as it requires flow to prevent any damage to the unit. If you are confident in your tech ability then you can disconnect power to the tub and remove the pump to inspect to see if it is clogged or burned out and needing replacement. If you are not well experienced in this then it's time for a service call. Can I help you with any further directions on this?
