i purchased and had installed by the dealer a 24 round 52 inch above ground pool. several of the upright supports are spreading out about half way up--the pool seems to be bowing out in the middlemany supports are not touching the pool at the top 12 inches and the bottom 6 inches, there is a quarter inch gap---the dealer said the gaps are normal, do you agree, or shold they fix this problem
not to sure on the supports or the gaps, because there are several types of pools that are sold, but i have installed several avove ground pools and i have never had any have the walls bow out. i suggest you call them and get the bowing out corrected.
thanx,, on the several you installed were the supports flush with the pool wall, bottom to top?
Now on the ones i have installed, the wall supports went from the top to the bottom. the entire wall needs to be supported!!!!! so my answer is yes.
thanx, do you know what would cause the --gaps?,, any thoughts?
not really sure about the gaps, but i would say improper install.
