Hello, I can help you with this issue. No cell power is a generic trouble code which means the cell is not getting power from the control board. It can be the cell, the control board, the transformer, or the rectifiers. The control board is usually the problem. First you can reset the controller by tripping the circuit breaker for about 30 seconds, and then reset the breaker. If this doesn't work you can check the on board fuses on the control board. Trip the circuit breakers supplying power to the pool panel again. You will need to remove the front cover by removing the 4 screws holding it on. There are 2 fuses, a yellow fuse that is located near the top right of the control board next to the transformer, and a purple fuse located near the bottom of the same transformer. Check these for continuniy and replace if necessary. If it is still not working, you will want to have the cell tested at a pool supply store that has capability to test the cell, or a Hayward dealer/warranty center. I can help you locate a facility close to you if you would like.

Here is a video to check and repair the K1 relay which is the common problem that causes "no cell power" .

Service is a lock out for the timers, by pressing the button repetitively, it cycles through its functions which are off, then a set amount of time, then on. By pressing the button once should clear the service light. If you pass it just press it repetitively until it goes out. This service light will not cause the no cell power issue.
