garrygoeson :

Hi My name is Garry

garrygoeson :

try doing a diagnostic

garrygoeson :

With the pump runing, go from "OFF" to "AUTO"

garrygoeson :

Press the diagnostic button two times

what voltage are you reading on the display?

Customer :

Im getting a very erattic readings from 1.2-17.9

garrygoeson :

You should be reading a voltage between 24 to 31 volts.

Low voltage will require replacement of control board

garrygoeson :
