The vehicle has all lamps and power but no clicking and no burnt fuses or blown fuses no passlock symbol on but vehicle wont crank and will not click s if the battery were dead
JA: Did you test the battery with a voltmeter? And have you ever changed one before?
Customer: Yes battery is brand new and tested good
JA: What is the model/year of your Pontiac?

Hi Im David, thanks for visiting the site. please make sure the battery terminals are very very tight. and check the negative battery cable where it connects to the engine block to make sure its tight
