Customer Question

I have a 97 firebird that cracks but wont start. the car has been setting for two years in a garage. So far I changer all the relay fuse and fuses in the fuse boxes. Also I replace the fuel pump. The car is getting power however the fuel pump isn't getting any power/not coming on
JA: How many miles are on the car? Has the car been starting normally?
Customer: The car has 124,000 and hasn't been started over a year
JA: Are you fixing your Firebird yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I work inside a mechanic as a apprentice and the guys there help as much as they can. So far I tested all the fuses to make sure they are getting power. the fuse pump relay is getting power however the pump it self isn't.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: no
